Adam and his team are experienced clinicians who have worked in a vast array of mental health settings including, including crisis, outpatient, inpatient, substance recovery, and outreach settings, and believe in providing comprehensive mental health care services to our individuals in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Psych-Education and "unlearning" old patterns is a large part of how Adam & his team are effective in their treatment process. Adam specializes in the treatment of OCD and Panic Disorders through CBT and has several Children's Books that focus on therapeutic themes for early intervention. Chief Clinical Officer and Outpatient Counselor
Jessica is an experienced CBT counselor who previously ran a women's treatment program in Boston (Women's Renewal- CSS). Jessica previously worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital and also as Clinical Supervisor at The Dimock Center. Adam and Jessica have been working together in different settings for the past 5 years and is a leader in the treatment of trauma, substance abuse, and Eating Disorders. Jessica is very clinically astute and digs deep to find solutions to complex issues. Jessica is the Chief Clinical Officer and Supervisor at the North Andover Outpatient Offices.

Danielle DeRosa, LMHC
Clinical Supervisor/Outpatient Counselor
Danielle started in the mental health field in 2006 and since has been in a variety of roles that have allowed her to strengthen her clinical skills, better understand systems and collaboration with schools, collaterals, etc.
Danielle brings compassion, kindness and open communication into sessions. Building and maintaining a strong therapeutic rapport is important to her work. Danielle is goal orientated and uses a client centered approach as well as CBT. A primary goal is to help clients recognize patterns and build skills to help them feel relief to be able to live the life they want.
Danielle started her mental health career at Germaine Lawrence, a residential program for adolescent girls, in many roles including direct care staff, shift supervisor, trainer, intake coordinator, and Clinician. During her time at GL, she earned her Master of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services from Salem State University.
Since becoming a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), Danielle has worked for the Department of Children and Families as an ongoing Social Worker and most recently at the Department of Mental Health as a Case Manager. Danielle offers a hybrid model including in person sessions and telehealth.

Kayla Gomes, M.S., LMHC
Clinical Supervisor/Outpatient Counselor
Kayla is an experienced, detail-oriented, uplifting counselor with former experience working with families, couples and individuals stabilizing their mental health in many areas. She has experience working with schools and community outpatient programs working with adolescents, teens, and adults on their stressors, life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD and emotional regulation. Kayla's therapeutic approach pulls from evidenced based approaches such as CBT and DBT while also pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Clients can expect to experience a compassionate and thoughtful approach in therapy to work towards identified goals. In her time outside of work, Kayla is an adjunct professor at Salem State University teaching future clinicians in the Master's of Science in Counseling Program. Kayla currently holds professional licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Lantz Kilburn, LMHC
Outpatient Counselor and Sports Psychology
Lantz works through the healing power of building stable and safe therapeutic relationships with strong rapport. In session, he identifies themes and connections, while spotting and ironing out inconsistencies. Combining the lenses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, clients can expect to work as a team with Lantz to understand why they exhibit certain thought processes and behaviors, and then work to accept or address them. Using these same lenses, Lantz also serves as the director of Ciccio Counseling Center's Beyond the Lights program, which is a mental health program tailored specifically for student-athletes based on his own experience in sport and research-backed approaches. When he is not in session, he enjoys the outdoors, reading, and staying active through running and yoga.

Ben Kelleher, LMHC
Outpatient Counselor
Ben is a CBT-focused, person-centered counselor with work experience including inpatient, outpatient, substance use treatment, and school settings from elementary school to college. Ben spent his internship working with student-athletes running team-based and individual sports therapy sessions. Ben focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel secure in expressing themselves, and works to assist them in achieving greater control over their lives. He will always be the greatest advocate for his clients, pushing them to be their best selves through reflective insight and continued client input. Ben graduated from Merrimack College with his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023, from Case Western Reserve University with his BA in psychology and cognitive science in 2020, and from Phillips Academy Andover in 2016.

Emily received a Master’s of Education in Mental Health and School Counseling from Cambridge College. She is creative, collaborative and an outgoing individual. Emily has experience working in school settings as well as in her community. Before becoming a therapist, she taught Special Education at an elementary school. She has clinical experience working throughout Boston as an In-Home Therapist. She utilizes several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play therapy, Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Therapy. Ally is a dedicated mental health counselor that utilizes a blend of existential-humanistic and person-centered therapy at the master's level. Ally excels in treating depression, anxiety, and loneliness, employing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and active listening. Rachel Schultze, LCSW
Outpatient Counselor
Rachel is a compassionate, dedicated, and client-centered clinician. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University. With clinical experience gained from both a memory care facility and a private practice working with clients of all ages and of diverse backgrounds, Rachel helped clients develop positive coping skills, manage/change behaviors, enhance mindfulness, and increase self-esteem- amongst others. Rachel is passionate about focusing on meeting clients where they’re at and helping them to see the strengths they already have within them. She utilizes several modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused, Internal Family Systems, Narrative, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, all while intertwining them with mindfulness. She offers both in-person and telehealth services, depending on client needs. Max Milone, M.S.
Outpatient Counselor
Max has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology. He has experience supporting clients with significant psychiatric diagnoses in the community, implementing behavioral interventions with children, working in substance use treatment at an inpatient level of care, and conducting outpatient psychotherapy. Max’s approach to therapy involves an existential approach as well as aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. With an emphasis on authenticity, he utilizes empathy, warmth, and humor in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship as well as challenge clients when necessary. When working with children and adolescents, Max uses a collaborative approach with the family to overcome obstacles as well as increase understanding and communication between family members.

Andrea takes on a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, focusing on the different factors that contribute to clients' well-being. Mr. Carey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Pre-medicine from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and then went on to earn his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in nursing from Regis College in Weston, MA. At Regis College, Mr. Carey completed the Family Nurse Practitioner track which encompasses all aspects of medical treatment across the lifespan. Mr. Carey earned the American Nurses Credentialing Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He is licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), is licensed through the Drug Enforcement Agency to prescribe medications, and is credentialed with insurance and managed care companies to provide outpatient psychiatric care given his years of extended training and supervision in a variety of psychiatric settings. Mr. Carey has worked since 2009 treating individuals with depression, bipolar affective disorder, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. He obtained his psychiatric experience working on an inpatient psychiatric unit, intensive outpatient treatment programs for severe mental illness, and community based outpatient clinics. He has worked in outpatient mental health at a large group practice based out of New Hampshire since 2014. Mr. Carey specializes in psychopharmacologic evaluation and medication management. Aside from maintaining a generalist psychiatric practice, he is particularly interested in emerging treatments for depression and anxiety. He is also interested in an integrative medical approach to psychiatry, taking into account how a person’s general medical status and overall health can impact their mental health.

Meaghan Hanley, LMHC
Outpatient Counselor and Motivational Coach
Meaghan is a Master's level therapist working toward licensure. She uses an eclectic approach that incorporates CBT techniques, strength-based practices, and mindfulness through a person-centered lens. Meaghan holds a firm belief that the client has the innate capacity for creating their most optimal selves and overcoming hardship and that a safe environment and positive therapeutic relationship can help to foster this growth. Sydney has a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University. In her clinical work, she has experience working with clients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to young adults and adults—helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. Maya holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science with an integrative health concentration. Taylor Philcrantz has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services. She also is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts. Taylor has practiced therapy and been a supervisor in multiple different therapeutic settings, with a variety of ages and populations. Taylor has an A-CRA clinician and supervisor certification, and is a CAMS trained clinician. She has been teaching for twelve years at local colleges teaching both undergraduate and graduate psychology. She enjoys working with students to not only learn the information in the courses she teaches but find ways to apply the given material to their lives and careers. Taylor has recently become more involved with advocacy within the special education/early intervention systems and is working to improve inclusion and equity practices on campuses, and in the services that clients receive.

Danielle started in the mental health field in 2006 and since has been in a variety of roles that have allowed her to strengthen her clinical skills, better understand systems and collaboration with schools, collaterals, etc.
Danielle brings compassion, kindness and open communication into sessions. Building and maintaining a strong therapeutic rapport is important to her work. Danielle is goal orientated and uses a client centered approach as well as CBT. A primary goal is to help clients recognize patterns and build skills to help them feel relief to be able to live the life they want.
Danielle started her mental health career at Germaine Lawrence, a residential program for adolescent girls, in many roles including direct care staff, shift supervisor, trainer, intake coordinator, and Clinician. During her time at GL, she earned her Master of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services from Salem State University.
Since becoming a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), Danielle has worked for the Department of Children and Families as an ongoing Social Worker and most recently at the Department of Mental Health as a Case Manager. Danielle offers a hybrid model including in person sessions and telehealth.
